Class Descriptions
Parent-Tot (18 Months to 2 Years) 8:1*
The Parent-Tot class is designed for the parent and child to learn together the fundamentals of gymnastics. This class is for ages 18 months to 2 years (parent must be with child).
Pre-School (3 and 4 Year Olds) 6:1*
This class teaches our young gymnasts the valuable basic skills of tumbling while emphasizing safety and body awareness. This class is for 3 and 4 year olds.
Girls & Boys Gymnastics (5 Year Old and Up) 8:1*
These classes are for gymnasts in grades K & Up and focuses on basic gymnastics skills. Classes are divided up among the following age groups:
- Ages 5-7- Ages 7-9
- Ages 9-11
- Ages 12 & Up
Homeschool Gymnastics (5 Year Old and Up) 8:1*
This class is a gymnastics based program which promotes both physical and social well being for our local homeschool students. Ages 5 and up.
Beginning Ballet (3 to 5 Year
Olds) 6:1*
Beginning Ballet (6 Year Old and Up) 8:1*
Ballet dance complements gymnastics by developing controlled movement, coordination, grace and poise. This class covers the basic movements in classical ballet with emphasis on techniques requires for floor and beam.
