Registration Fees
Registration fees are $35 for the first child and $25 for the second child, with a maximum fee of $75 per family.
Our registration fee is an annual fee in conjunction with USA Gymnastics organization and remains in effect for one year. All private lessons are required to enroll and pay registration fees. The fee is non-refundable.
Registration fees are due annually on your registration date.

Cherokee County School District Employees and their family receive a 10% discount on registration and monthly tuition fees. Present your badge as proof of employment to receive your discount.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is tuition due and when am I charged a late fee?
Tuition for is due on the 25th of each month for the following month. A late fee will be charged on the 1st of the month if tuition is not paid. For example, September tuition is due on August 25th. If not paid by September 1st, a late fee will be applied.Why does my child have to sign in each day?
GIGC tracks students attendance on a weekly basis. This allows us to keep class sizes down and provide better instruction. Our goal is to maintain a teacher to student ratio that maximizes the amount of instruction time available for each student.How do I pay for classes?
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, MasterCard or Visa.What is the class make-up policy?
We will offer make-up classes once each month for classes missed with that month. Make-up classes are held on the last Saturday of each month. The dates the classes are available will be posted in the gym and on the web site.*Note* You must sign up for the make-up classes. Any missed classes may not be carried over from month to month.
Will my child have class if schools close for inclement weather?
GIGC does not follow the school systems closings for inclement weather. In the event of inclement weather, please call the gym at 706-692-4442 for more information. Inclement weather closers will also be posted on the web site.What do we need to withdraw from class?
To withdraw from class, a written 30 day notice is required at the front desk that includes the child's name, parent's name, phone number, current class, and reason for drop. *note* Class fee's are non-refundable.Each month your child will be carried over automatically to the following months roll. Should you choose to withdraw your child from our program, a written 30 day notice is required. If notice is not received you will be responsible for payment on one month's class fees.

Can I change my class day or time throughout the year?
Yes. We understand that your schedule may change. To change to a different day or time, see the front office to schedule a different class.What does my child wear to class?
No loose fitting clothes should be worn in the gym. Loose fitting clothes may fly up when doing tumbling, flips and are considered a safety hazard. All girls should wear a sports bra under their shirt and bloomers under their shorts. Cheerleaders must be sure to wear shoes while tumbling. For our gymnasts, bare feet are required during class.Does GIGC offer competetive teams?
Yes we offer both competitive gymnastics and competitive cheerleading.How soon will my child master skills?
At GIGC we understand that all children develop at different speeds. One child may master a skill very quickly while it might take another child longer to acquire the same skill. We at GIGC cannot give a child an exact time when they will acquire a new skill.
